Little Joe presents Teorema 

With introduction by John David Rhodes

Little Joe's A Little Film Club moves to the Rio Cinema in Dalston with a late night screening of Pier Paulo Pasolini's Teorema.

The screening will be introduced by John David Rhodes, Senior Lecturer in Literature and Visual Culture at Sussex University and author of Stupendous, Miserable City: Pasolini’s Rome.

The Rio's bar will be open before the screening for refreshments.

Little Joe have created a limited edition poster that will be available to purchase at the event.

Teorema, Pier Paulo Pasolini, Italy, 1968, 98mins

Adapted from his own novel, Teorema tells of a mysterious stranger (Terence Stamp) who insinuates himself into the home of a wealthy Italian family, where he exerts a curious, sensual spirituality over everyone in the household.

Little Joe is offering membership to A Little Film Club. For the introductory price of £30, members will receive free access to our initial 6-month screening programme at the Cinema Museum and the Rio Cinema between January – June 2012. Members also receive a copy of Little Joe magazine and all six limited edition film posters from each event. The membership scheme is currently limited to 30 members.
